Join an Ideas Braintrust & Mastermind Group

May 1, 2015

I’ve been thinking a lot about how ideas are born. How all the people I admire claim to have collaborated. The greatest ideas are born together, and so I’m hosting a mastermind evening in New York City. I’m sending the text below to a short roster of individuals, but if you stumble on this and want to join, please let me know. I’m always looking to meet people who are shaking up the world.

Pulsar’s Lauren Proctor invites you to Braintrust, an exclusive evening roundtable serving cocktails, h’ordeuvres and collaborative forward thinking. Braintrust gathers experts and academics to exchange wisdom and advice on attendees’ ideas and undertakings.

The evening will commence with informal introductions and conversation. After everyone is acquanted we will move into the roundtable where each individual has the opportunity to present something they are mulling over. When an idea is presented everyone will form an alliance to problem-solve and further that specific idea.

By the end of the evening each attendee will have created a tight bonds, delivered insights, and earned actionable advice to bring their idea forward.

Braintrust is most effective in a private and transparent environment. We host the evening in a private home to prevent outsiders from eavesdropping on confidential conversations. To prevent competition from within the group, attendees must supply written consent that all conversation, unless expressly discussed beforehand, must be kept secret. If for some reason an attendee proposes something that may compete with another person’s direct interests or projects, it is the responsibility of each attendee to be forthcoming about that conflict. They can either choose to ask to change the subject or recluse themselves from the conversation.

Coordinates: Tradecraft Braintrust will take place in a private residence just ten minutes away from New York City’s Union Square by foot.
Date: Depending on attendee availability
Time: 7:00pm

Tradecraft Braintrust is limited to six attendees. To inquire about attending, leave a comment below or contact us.
